ABRASION RESISTANT
ARVM-10091 is a UV curable screen coating formulated to provide a matte finish with excellent abrasion, chemical and block resistance. For use on PVC, PET, treated plastics as well as paper.
PTV-993 is a 100% reactive UV curable flexographic/gravure coating designed for use on PVC, PET and treated plastics as well as paper. PTV-993 provides a glossy finish with excellent abrasion, chemical and block resistance. PTV-993 can withstand prolonged steel wool abrasion with virtually no effect on the coating surface.
PAPER COATING
CP-7491 is an FDA approved primer formulated for use on SBS and clay papers and boards that are applied flexographically.
HEAT RESISTANT
HRV-6541 is a 100% reactive UV curable flexographic coating designed for use on Foils, PET and other heat resistant plastics. HRV-6541 is formulated to withstand temperatures over 350 F without dulling or discoloration of the foil or coating.
FOIL COATING
LA-451 is a water based coating which can be used as a primer or topcoat for metallized surfaces, wet laminating adhesive for foil to board and papers or a heat sealable adhesive for foil to papers and board.
DIRECT FOOD CONTACT COATINGS
OFC-10041 is a water based overprint varnish formulated for direct food contact applications. The OFC-10041 has good adhesion to most films and papers and can be used for any food and at any temperature. FDA Status: OFC-10041 complies with the Title 21 of the US Code of Federal Regulations (21CFR): 175.105 / 175.300 / 175.320 / 176.170 / 176.180 RCW-7431 is an FDA compliant water based release coating formulated for use with low peel pressure sensitive adhesives. RCW-7431 is compliant with FDA regulations 21 CFR 175.300, 176.170 and 176.180.
INK JETTABLE COATING
IJV-11381 is a 100% reactive UV curable ink jettable varnish. The IJV provides: – very low viscosity (especially when heated with Piezo type print heads) – low surface tension for a smooth and glossy finish – fast cure – low volatility – 0% VOC – friendly EH&S profile – hardness
UV OVERPRINT VARNISH
OPV-363 UV Overprint Varish is a 100% solids (0% VOC) UV curable flexographic varnish that provides high gloss, high slip, and chemical resistance.
UV SOFT TOUCH COATING
STV-11333 is a 100% solids (0% VOC/0% Water) UV curable flexographic varnish that provides a luxurious soft touch feel, very low gloss and decreased slip.
STV-11333 will adhere to most card stock, films and foils used in the printing and converting industries.
